Who we are
Old Century Roof is a trade name of Rock Investments LLC, a Colorado company based in Centennial, Colorado. "We" and "us" mean Rock Investments LLC and its trade names. This policy covers our website, our online estimate tool, the links we send you to sign, pay and view your project, and the software we use to run our business.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone, email, and the property address.
- Project details: roof measurements, photos, materials, notes, contracts, change orders, invoices and warranty records.
- Insurance details you choose to share, such as your carrier, claim number and adjuster paperwork.
- Messages: emails and text messages between you and our team.
- Payment records: amount, date and status. Card and bank numbers are entered with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store them.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and device type, used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
To give you an estimate, write and sign your contract, schedule and build your project, pull permits, order materials, work with your insurance company when you ask us to, take payment, keep our books, honor your warranty, and answer you. We do not sell your information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate, schedule, project and payments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Your mobile number and text consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics is never loaded on your contract signing page. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
Only the people and services that help us do the job:
- Our crews, suppliers, and permit and inspection offices, as your project needs.
- Your insurance company, mortgage company or other party, when you ask us to.
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us: payments (Stripe), bookkeeping (QuickBooks by Intuit), email and text messaging, cloud hosting and database, mapping and weather data, and AI tools that help our staff write and organize. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Anyone the law requires.
How long we keep it
As long as your project, warranty, and our tax and legal records require. Our workmanship warranty can run many years, so we keep project records for the life of that warranty.
Security
Access is limited to our team and protected by sign-in. Sensitive credentials are encrypted. No system is perfect, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information as Colorado law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. We will honor deletion unless we must keep a record for warranty, tax or legal reasons. Our services are not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
